Conciliation

Conciliation aims at bringing people and interests together in or outside council.

When a situation is worse than having a dispute or (legal) conflict and people don’t know how to find a solution to an issue they not necessarily completely understand, conciliation by Clayson Fox might offer the required passage from difference to joint.

Conciliation is about the support from the various parties involved with different roles, responsibilities and interests, which in turn are represented and heard in a balanced way. This requires a meticulous and expert process of conciliation that brings together and keeps together involved and relevant parties.

A conciliator of Clayson Fox is aware of many of the goals and objectives by the parties. The conciliator aims at bringing parties to come and stay together around the table to resolve issues at stake when its about energy, finance and data.

By making parties understand what the reasons behind there positions are, new possibilities occur which might lead to new feasibilities. Conciliation attempts to make parties come to an agreement about the problem(s) at hand.

The conciliator offers his services without being in the foreground. At times when two or more parties are not ready to face each other nor communicate with each other directly, the conciliator in a discreet manner helps parties to understand their own perspective, to speak their truth and represent their own needs and expectations in a future dialogue with the other parties and perceived interests relevant to the issue. The conciliator addresses any power disparities perceived by any party in a safe manner.

Conciliation by Clayson Fox can involve the conciliator as a liaison wire until the parties feel comfortable to communicate on their own. This form of conciliation is non-linear and involves an informal method of reconciliation between people as long as is required to enlighten the causes of at the basis of the issue at stake.
